    It had great and brilliant location with access to Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church nearby. Set in quiet area, a zoo and restaurants were right next to the hotel.

    The Waldorf Astoria in Berlin provided an really good experience during my recent work stay. The concierge team was responsive, assisting with dinner reservations and transportation arrangements promptly. The Junior Suite was spacious and well-appointed, with a fine view of the Tiergarten. Breakfast was a highlight, with freshly made eggs and a good buffet selection. The business center's services, including printing.

    The initial check-in process was a bit slow.

    True luxury accommodation, EXTREMELY HELPFUL staff, perfect location next to a major stop on public transportation system. Well-equipped rooms with a view over half berlin, good services. Elegant design.

    They offered an very nice breakfast with a huge selection, and my family couldn't get enough of the amazing smoked salmon and eggs! The spa was a serene escape, the kind of tranquility you need after chaos.

    It wasn't inexpensive, but for what we got it was fine.

    The location is perfect for shopping and the zoo. Our room was spacious and the service was great. Don't miss breakfast. The variety is fantastic, and the staff is really attentive. We loved the relaxing spa as well. It was a nice way to unwind after a day out.

    One downside was that WiFi wasn't included. It would be nice for high-end hotels to include that nowadays.

    The suite was impressively spacious with quality amenities that enhanced our stay. The spa facilities provided a lovely oasis to relax in after a busy day. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options. The selection was good and perfect for fueling our adventures. We appreciated how easy it was to access shopping and restaurants nearby.

    The location, while great for dining, was not within walking distance to major sights, making it less convenient for sightseeing.

    The Deluxe King Room was spacious and super comfy. We loved the seamless car parking service that had our bags ready when we checked out. Relaxing at the spa and enjoying the indoor swimming pool were definite highlights of our stay. One minor hiccup was that our room didn’t have the preferred view we hoped for, but it didn’t bring us down! 😊
